Eagle One: the future of specialty coffee
Eagle One was created in response to the new generation of cafeterias where design, performance, and sustainability are determining factors in creating an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Design
Minimal, simple and sophisticated design adaptable to different styles and layouts. For the shape of the Eagle One, Victoria Arduino was not only inspired by its impressive history, but also focused on the needs of new-age cafeterias that demand compact, efficient, and sustainable machines while still expressing their own personality

Sustainability
Sustainability inspired the entire Eagle One project. For the new generation of baristas, having a high-performance machine in terms of efficiency and energy savings is essential.
The Eagle One remains more compact than previous machines in its class. Compact size means more logistical advantages (since it easily fits into any space, even the smallest), profitability and energy efficiency. A smaller machine has, in fact, less heat loss.

Technology
NEO – NEO stands for New Engine Optimisation. The new engine concept optimises boilers and uses and instantaneous heating system, allowing only the amount of water needed for extraction to be heated, thus using less water. Productivity and performance remain constant while energy efficiency increases.
TERS – the patented TERS (Temperature Energy Recovery System) used waste water to preheat incoming water through a process of recycling and minimising waste with a saving of 8% of total machine consumption.
EasyCream – Easy Cream technology enables automatic frothing of milk and plant-based beverages at the right temperature with the right amount of foam, allowing the milk recipe to be customised in terms of temperature , consistency and foam results.
VIS (Virtual Intelligent Scale) – VIS is a Victoria Arduino technology developed to digitally estimate the right cup dose through an algorithmic calculation. VIS improves workflow and the certainty of great extraction by making Eagle One an even better performing and smarter system.
