Simple installation plan and service processes

All connections required for installation (main power, additional devices, possible mains water supply, waste water drain) are accessible from the front of the Schaerer Coffee Skye and the connector for the waste water hose can also be removed without tools. A special feature for daily service is the functional lighting on both sides of the central beverage outlet. It provides information on the current status of the machine with the colours white (ready for operation), yellow (action required soon), and red (action required now). The service staff can see from far away if anything needs doing.

Boost your milk-based beverages offer with the Pure Foam pumped-milk system. Choose between cold or hot milk, or an enticing, homogeneous, creamy and fine pored foam – up to 60% foam content – for extra pleasure and variety. The system is also very easy to rinse and clean. Add a separate hot water outlet for teas and infusions.

For the perfect Italian cappuccino or latte macchiato, you can choose between Powersteam or Supersteam. Choose from the many other options and add-ons available to create your ideal work tool, perfectly
adapted to your requirements and your personality.

You can choose between the 16g and 30g brewing unit. The larger brewing unit offers new possibilities for your coffee business, especially for large coffee drink recipes with double or triple shots.
