Aesthetics and efficiency: this is our sense of design

The smooth and responsive combination of the integrated glass display and touchscreen creates an intuitive, sliding control panel that is stylish, easy to adjust, and easy to clean.

We were the first to install two fans instead of one, and again the first to mount both at the back. This ensures ideal airflow inside the grinding chamber. Counter space is valuable for coffees. If you need to use several grinders at the same time for different needs, now each grinder can be placed side by side.

Perfect Flow & Zero Waste – Mythos’s improved clump crusher and outlet spout guarantees perfect flow of ground coffee in the filter. The new filter holder hook design sends every grind into the filter minimising waste.

Immediate Accessibility – cleaning and maintenance operations are now more simple and accessible. Two thumb screws allows easy access to the heart of the machine.

Lowest Temperature Tolerance Ever Achieved – Different coffees need different grinding temperatures. With the Mythos Clima Pro, baristas can set grinding temperatures from 30 to 60°C in order to extract the greatest qualities from each bean.

Tailored Granulometry – Easy and precise micrometric adjustment allows baristas to manage each shot with more accuracy. Baristas can read the burr distance directly from the display in order to have an improved understanding of the grinding variables.
